RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Zidances, customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged fragrance products cannot be returned unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photos or details.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed-upon method.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Zidances.
6. Return Approval
All returns must be approved by Zidances before being shipped back.
